RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchases. We offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within five days of receipt of the merchandise. Returned items must be in the original packaging with all tags intact. There can be no marks or signs of usage on the product.
Sales receipt must accompany the return. Please keep a copy for your records.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Some bed linens and other specialty items are not normally stocked in our store and require a Special Order. Special Orders cannot be returned We will notify you if you have ordered one of these items before we ship it to you in case you would like to change your order.
Please use the following procedures so that we may accommodate your return or exchange as quickly as possible.
1. Contact us at ivycare@theivycottageonline.com or call us at 251-473-4438 to receive a Return Authorization number which must be printed on the outside of the box.
2. Ship the package to us prepaid (and insured) via UPS or FedEx. Insurance is for your protection in case items are damaged in transit. Please repackage items carefully to avoid damage.
3. If you are returning an item because of a defect or an error on our part, we will reimburse your shipping costs.
4. Your original payment method will be credited within 10 days of our receiving merchandise. Shipping or other applicable charges will not be refunded.
